Around 45–50 students actively participated in the programme, which focused on promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The programme included a Health Check-up Camp conducted under the supervision of a qualified lady doctor, where students received basic medical examinations and guidance on nutrition, personal hygiene, menstrual health, preventive healthcare, and healthy lifestyle practices. Students were encouraged to adopt habits such as regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and proper sleep. A Mental Health Counseling Session was conducted by Ms. Prachi Verma, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, focusing on stress management, emotional well-being, anxiety, peer pressure, and positive coping strategies. The session provided a supportive environment for students to discuss their concerns and learn practical techniques for maintaining mental wellness. To further enrich the programme, an online expert lecture was delivered by Dr. Ayushi Saxena, who emphasized holistic health, preventive care, lifestyle management, and stress reduction. The online mode enabled wider participation and accessibility. The programme successfully increased awareness about physical and mental health, encouraged healthy lifestyle practices, reduced stigma associated with mental health issues, and motivated students to take a proactive approach toward their overall well-being. Overall, the initiative proved highly informative, interactive, and beneficial for the personal development of participants.
