On the Behalf of Government orders,to spread knowledge to become a civil defence warrior,each person by taking any kind of help to country,such as , nurse service, carrier service, traffic police duties and many more services can be contributed by each civilian, so NSS volunteers of the Brahmanand College Kanpur organised a speech for civilian to become a civil defence warrior during emergency conditions.
