Under Mission Shakti Phase–5.0 (Second Step), NSS Unit–2 of Acharya Narendra Dev Nagar Nigam Mahila Mahavidyalaya organized an Awareness Programme on Vishakha Guidelines from 07 April to 09 April 2026, with participation from 50–55 students. The awareness session was conducted by Ms. Harshika Singh, who explained the provisions of the Vishakha Guidelines, various forms of sexual harassment, legal rights of women, complaint mechanisms, and workplace safety measures. Students actively participated in an interactive discussion and gained knowledge about gender sensitivity, workplace ethics, reporting procedures, and available support systems. The programme successfully enhanced awareness regarding women’s rights, safety, dignity, and prevention of sexual harassment, while encouraging students to promote a respectful and secure environment.
