Under Mission Shakti Phase–5.0 (Second Step), NSS Unit–2 of Acharya Narendra Dev Nagar Nigam Mahila Mahavidyalaya organized a Career & Skill Development Committee Programme from 02 April to 04 April 2026, with participation from 40–45 students. The programme aimed to strengthen existing career guidance and skill development initiatives by providing students with career awareness and professional guidance. A career counseling session was conducted by Dr. Jaya Bharti, NSS Programme Officer, who guided students on career planning, skill enhancement, employability, competitive examinations, resume building, and interview preparation. An interactive session allowed students to discuss career-related concerns and receive practical guidance. The programme successfully enhanced students’ awareness of career opportunities, professional skills, confidence, and future planning.
