A “Mahila Shakti Diwaar” activity was organized on 16 April 2026 at Acharya Dev Nagar Nigam Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Harshnagar, Kanpur under the Mission Shakti Campaign. The programme aimed to promote women empowerment, gender equality, self-expression, and social responsibility among students. The activity was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Jaya Bharti (NSS Unit-2 Incharge), with active participation from NSS volunteers, NCC cadets, faculty members, and over 80 students. A Signature Campaign was organized on the “Mahila Shakti Diwaar,” where participants expressed their support for women empowerment by signing the wall and writing inspiring messages, slogans, and reflections. Motivational slogans promoting equality, education, and respect for women were prominently displayed. The programme provided an interactive platform for students to express their views, raise awareness about women’s rights, and engage with gender-related issues. It helped develop self-confidence, leadership, awareness, and social sensitivity, while fostering a gender-sensitive and inclusive campus environment. Overall, the activity successfully promoted the values of empowerment, equality, and active participation in line with the objectives of Mission Shakti.
